Brief Description: Provides the day-to-day management and oversight of the Chicago operation’s 110 employees. Monitors all daily operational and financial/budgeting activities and develops strong and knowledgeable supervisory teams within the organization. Extensive customer, vendor, community and vendor interaction is required. Will explore and develop strategies to penetrate new local market opportunities. |

Required Qualifications & Experience: Five to seven years of successful organizational and employee management experience in a relevant Intermodal industry. Experience managing the refrigeration components of the business, as well as with the maintenance and repair of refrigerated containers, knowledge of refrigerated repair parts and parts resale a definite plus. Experienced working with organized labor strongly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the interpersonal skills necessary to be a respected leader are a must. |

Bachelor’s degree or requisite experience. |
